The longest living animals on the planet are non-meat eaters.
The bodies of meat eaters are very acidic, which corrodes the body (that’s why meat eating animals don’t live as long)
People don’t get cancer from plant protein and that is where I begin with this adaptation from Markus Rothkranz’s Heal Yourself.
Meat is a not just a simple protein, when a human being eats meat, it takes longer to digest. A body of a meat eater has to work three times harder to digest the meat as opposed to a non meat eater. The very important oxygen that was to be used by other body organs such as the brain are usually wasted in trying to digest the meat and hence altering the other body organ’s working abilities. The kidneys of the meat eater must work three times harder than the kidneys of the
vegetarian. It’s important to know that the body makes protein from AMINO ACIDS. It cannot take animal protein and simply plug it into our cells- our body has to break down meat into a liquid state (that’s a LOT of work!), and then break it way down to basic amino acid molecules… then reassemble them into HUMAN form protein bonds that only a human body can use. This takes a lot of energy and time and is an inefficient way of getting protein. Add to that the fact that animal products (including dairy) makes our body acidic and also are filled with hormones, antibiotics, steroids and raised on cheap unhealthy animal feed.
Animal products are a foreign protein and foreign proteins are the base for most disease in the human body. Add to that the alien fast-growing hormones and you have a recipe for disaster. Consumption of strange undigestable proteins and runaway sugars may be among the causes of most disease. You are sure to note by now that plant, herbs and vegetables do not have these toxins that make the body very acidic. A very acidic body affects the proper working of the body and makes one to be restless. The initial desire of God was not that humans should eat meat as we see in Genesis 1:29(quoted from KJV), And God said, Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed, to you it shall be meat.(note: meat here means food)
Non meat sources of proteins.
Stop worrying about protein. It’s a waste of energy. Where do horses, apes, elephants, buffalo e.t.c get their protein and muscles from ? Grass and Greens. There is some serious power in that green stuff. Since we are lazy and don’t CHEW our food like a horse or cow does, the best way for humans to get the most out greens is to throw the stuff in a blender. BZZZT- instantly digested and all the cellulose broken apart for us. The wild chimpanzee diet is
probably the closest thing to what we should be eating, and Victoria Boutenko wrote a book about it “Green for Life”. Basically, chimps eat mainly half fruit and half green stuff.
They eat a few seeds, avoid nuts and only eat roots when there is nothing else to eat ( for us that would be carrots, beets, turnips, etc)
SO- bottom line- you can get your protein from a blender drink of strawberries and Kale, or banana and Romaine, or mango and spinach etc. The following are foods which can substitute meat: seeds, nuts, olives, durian green vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, Brussels, sprouts, collard greens and parsley, grasses- wheatgrass, alfalfa, barley, Blue Green Algae, Pumpkin seeds, Almonds.
