RECIPE TO BUSINESS AND RELATIONSHIP SUCCESS.

Success. It is a word that means a lot to many people. I believe each of us dreams and desires of success in this life. The meaning however varies from person to person depending on their expectation and aspirations. I have read and learnt a lot about success for the time I have lived in this world and I am certain of one thing; the rules are the same. Success in marriage, education, projects, relationships and business or in whatever sphere has some basic recipe that cuts across the board. Let us dig deep and see what the recipe is.

Positive Mental Attitude.

There is nothing beautiful than having a positive mindset. The trust that whatever it is you do or wish to engage in is going to succeed is the best thing ever. This is the philanthropist mindset. It is the successful businessman’s mindset. It is the all successful man’s mindset. PMA needs to be at the heartbeat of our lives. We need it even if everything is crumbling down. The bible is the book that is full of the positive talk. One quote that drives many people happens to be, “I can do all things through Christ who strengths me.” You read this statement and all you see is positive mindset. It talks of ALL THINGS, you get it? I have realized that every time I go to do something with a positive mental attitude, what I call the winner’s mindset, I always conquer it. If on the other hand I set out with a negative mental attitude, I definitely do nothing. Go into a relationship with the both of you trusting that it will go through, and you will live to the vows. I mean BOTH OF YOU. Go into business with a winning attitude and you will make it.

Have this as your slogan, “Quitting is not an option.” It is the winner’s mindset. Falling here and there will be part of the journey but quitting should not be part of your vocabulary. The beauty of life is little faith for little things and great faith for great things; only the stars can be the limit because the clouds are very near.

Persistence and perseverance.

How do you win you dream girl over? The answer simply lies in the persistence part. Try doing the small things persistently on her and the last thing to expect is real YES. It is not the sharpness of the axe that falls the tree but rather the persistence of the hit. Bit by bit and the tree, however big it is, comes crumbling down. It is not the speed of the water that cuts the rock, it is persistence of flow that cuts the rock. Persistence pays. When your relationship is on rocks, you don’t have to quit, persist on and on and on till all is overcome.

Ask any of the great people in our land either in leadership, business or academia how they reached wherever levels they are and they will tell you, persistence and perseverance. Perseverance and persistent is when she or he is mad at you but you get to realize that ego is all you need to put on check. You both look at the bigger picture of success and say it isn’t equal to letting go.

To a business, perseverance and persistence is when you are not making any sale but you still see the reason to keep moving on. On other times you are just making some losses here and there but the desire for success keeps them on the move. The last thing you can do is let go a dream you have. Not letting go means mastering the art of persistence and perseverance.

Hard work and thinking smart.

Hard work is the price to pay for success. Being able to take smart steps, project rightly and swiftly take whatever challenges that come your way properly assures success. In your relationship, know when to talk and when to keep quiet, know when to push on as hard as possible and when to relax. That is acting smart. In your business, choosing when to add your PR manger, HR manager, and accountant; knowing the next market segment to conquer is called thinking smart.

Doing all that is expected of you, meeting and even surpassing expectations you set is finally called hard work. Hard work, hard work, hard work and then you will never regret it. Spend more time doing what you know is building your life, relationship and business and it will finally pay off. This recipe will bring you closer to success or above all to it.
