The love story.
I waited for so long,
Perhaps to have long enough a history,
Upon which my tale tales,
Just for a short while future,
Would reference on our dinner table.
I lived each moment for that one dream to come true,
When time so precious a gem is,
I conspicuously used it unsparingly because of you,
Waiting patiently and longingly for that moment,
A moment for us to sit together and talk of the future.
I counted on the seasons,
To be a witness four fold,
For a culmination of a choice well taken,
Obviously due to undisputed faith,
About this so longed for a union.
Today I sincerely fold myself on this cold chair,
Not to retort to such a foul faith,
But just like a ritual,
To offer a sacrifice of all we ever thought to have,
Because it too was a good and blessing act.
I won’t mind if we still lived the dream,
But most of all,
I embrace tomorrow to just give another chance,
To build a more than union. An eternal treaty.
End.
